Please note: Currently as we are in development we only offer shipping within the UK. To be notified when shipping will be made available within the EU or internationally, please subscribe here.

UK Orders and Shipping

Pre-orders open at the start of every month for two weeks or until the limited quantities are reached. Deliveries will be fulfilled twice a week after the pre-orders finish.

No additional taxes or fees will apply after completing the order on our website. All orders include shipping costs.

Returns

If you've had a change of heart about your purchase please send us an email at hello@sensesandbeyond.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible! We normally read our emails within 24 hours of receiving them.

Returning your product

Due to the organic nature of the formulations, we cannot accept products that have been opened. However if your vessel still has the seal tape on it and the original box and packaging then we are happy to accept the return for a refund.

How To Return Your Item(s)  - UK Customers

After receiving your email we will send a return for UK customers via DPD  including instructions on how to repackage your item. Products that are being returned must be repackaged back in their original box and protective eco-friendly peanuts. Returns cost £££ and will be taken off the refund total. Senses and Beyond cannot be responsible for items lost in the post so please obtain proof of postage, this will also have your tracking number should you need us to investigate please quote this number.

Returns FAQ's

Can I exchange my order for completely different items?

Unfortunately we cannot offer exchanges at the present time.

How long will it take to process my refund?

We aim to process all refunds within 14 working days from the date you sent the products back to us. We will send you a confirmation email to notify you we have refunded your card. Please note: that refunds can take up to 10 days to credit on your account statement, depending on the card issuer.
