Our vessels are also secured by biodegradable wrapping and padding for additional security, but we also know things happen so if your Senses and Beyond vessel arrives damaged, please contact us, and we'll arrange a replacement.

Yes, you can clean the vessels. Our packaging is dishwasher safe but we recommend hand washing by removing the stoppers and cleaning the interior with mild soap and water.

Our waterless formulations naturally resist bacterial and mold growth, as these microorganisms require water to thrive. While our products can remain effective for several years, we recommend using them within 2 years of purchase and within 6 months after opening to ensure optimal quality.
To maintain product integrity, use them with dry and clean hands, and store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Ensure your vessel is completely dry before refilling it to avoid contaminating the product with water.

- Direct food-contact certified inner layer supersedes a cosmetic-safe certification

- Certified industrially compostable but also tested to break down easily in home compost conditions
- Film produced in a clean ISO 9001 certified UK-based production facility
- Multi-layered film of bio-polymer, metallised cellulose and compostable adhesive
- Breaks down into non-toxic bio waste
